is a Functional Nutritionist with a Master's in Clinical Nutrition, the owner of a private nutrition practice, and mama to four little ones. She has a heart for Jesus and maintaining a Christian home. She specializes in postpartum hormone imbalances, HTMA testing, and is a believer in intuitive eating. She is passionate about teaching women how to shift from confused and overwhelmed to confident and vibrant in their life as a mama.
