Hi There, I am Megan

Have you ever felt lost in your health journey, unsure where to begin? I've been there too.

Throughout my journey of overcoming multiple health conditions I thought were a life sentence, I've developed a deep empathy for my clients. I know what it's like to feel lost, defeated, and struggling with chronic symptoms only to be offered another pill or to be looked at like you are crazy for what you are reporting to your provider because your lab work appears "normal."

This frustrating experience propelled me into the functional medicine space, where I learned how to treat my body as a whole, how nervous system dy-sregulation influences our entire mind, body, and Spirit connection, and how use this knowledge to reverse symptoms I thought were a life sentence.

As a result, I reclaimed my vitality and an embodied faith.

This led me to open my own consulting practice, where I now help women find solutions to their health problems as well.

When I first entered into the Functional Medicine space, I felt like I was drowning in the amount of recommended supplements, protocols and conflicting advice. I was also sad to see that many Practitioners were not aligned with a biblical world view. This motivated to keep my practice biblically rooted and evidenced based.

My practice quickly grew by word of mouth, I became fully booked every month, and I was amazed at the results I was seeing!

This was when I realized I needed to increase my capacity to help more women.

Which is why, in addition to working with women one on one, I decided to start a monthly membership, where I can offer you support, while also connecting you with other holistically minded Christian women, and provide resources that have been thoroughly researched. It is something I wish I had when I was first beginning my journey.

I believe I bring a unique perspective because of my background, experience, + training.

I have over 10 years of education including a Masters Degree in Nursing, 10 years of clinical experience, and multiple certifications including:

After working as a full time Nurse Practitioner and registered nurse, I began seeing a flaw in our medical system.

The patient load is heavy, and the time we can spend with our patients is limited. Care is often based on symptom based management with no holistic focus. As a result, many illnesses and patterns of dis-ease are overlooked or soothed with a quick fix. Patients feel unseen, hopeless, neglected, and are given pills for their symptoms that sometimes lead to long term negative effects.

I left conventional medicine behind and established a Functional Medicine Consulting practice where I had sufficient time to spend listening to my client’s concerns, take a deep dive look into the potential root causes of their illnesses, empower them with the education they needed to take care of their unique body, and offer an empathetic, listening ear along the way.

Now I am a stay at home mom and share everything I have learned over the years inside my wellness membership!

Can you walk me through how Tier 1 works?

  • Tier 1 is an all access pass to over $6000 dollars worth of self paced content! You have freedom to begin where you want, but I recommend you begin with the 12 week nervous system program, and build on your knowledge from there. This helps you build foundational skills that help you stay consistent. Optimal health relies on nervous system regulation, so starting here is key!
  • This option includes an all access pass to our functional health workshops, our functional health library (filled with helpful remedies & protocols), PDF's & digital downloads.
  • You will also be invited to our exclusive community where you can connect with other women, and feel free to post any question and receive group support from me.

Can I Order Additional Functional Lab Testing Through Megan?

  • Megan no longer offers lab testing, but you are able to post results you order on your own or from another provider and receive invaluable feedback inside the group!
